7 Ways Control Snacking

  1. Eat a big breakfast first thing in the morning, or if you are intermittent fasting and prefer to eat at night, eat large and then fast first thing in the morning.
  2. Eat satiating foods.
  3. Drink plenty of water.
  4. Use psyllium husk
  5. Don’t deprive yourself all day.

6. when you do eat, eat food that you enjoy and fills you up.
