Hey, I’m Kirsten.

If you want to be healthier but you don’t know where to get started with cooking, you’ve come to the right place. No more spending hours in the kitchen and feeling disheartened because it didn’t turn out right.

I’m a certified nutrition coach and passionate foodie. Every time I see a meal plan with steamed broccoli, chicken and bland rice I shed a tear for the delicious healthy food that person could be eating.

I created Radiant Body Co. to help you cook tasty, nourishing meals with your busy life.
