What she offers in this book is original and may very well be your answer to overcoming your daily stressors and building up your resistance to the pressures that can overwhelm you.
Debbie begins her book with a story – she went outside to sit in her garden and relax for a few minutes with a cup of coffee. But she notices a weed entering and spreading through her perennials, a flower that’s dangling and a few other imperfections. Instead of relaxing – she starts cleaning up her garden… letting her coffee get cold.
