Diet Plan

Amanda Seyfried’s diet plan has her eating between four or five balanced meals per day. The diet tends to be focused around getting lots of fruits, vegetables and healthy foods. And good lean protein.

Amanda likes to eat a lot of her food raw. Raw food and vegetables, as well as fresh fruits and green smoothies.

Workout Routine

Amanda Seyfried runs. She runs a lot in fact. She finds that running is great for her legs, thighs and butt, keeps cellulite away and keeps her in good shape.

Aerobics are one of the things she does as well as running, she also cycles, jumps rope and does a variety of aerobic workouts.

What’s more Amanda Seyfried does not shy away from the gym where she does a number of intensive resistance exercises. Workouts like weighted lunges, rows and even pulls-ups.
