Amber Heard does like a little junk-food. She likes donuts and a few other sugary treats that she knows she shouldn’t. Fortunately for Amber her everyday diet plan is overall very good and she puts in effort to everything that she does.
On a typical day she will eat a lot of vegetables focusing on leafy greens like kale as well as many more fruits and high fiber foods. She cut out almost all her junk-food when preparing for her part in Aqueman and followed a strict diet plan for it.
Amber Heard likes to do a variety of different exercises as part of her workout routine. Her fitness plan includes everything from gym workouts for strength and fitness, to stunt and martial arts training for movies.
She’s an active girl who likes to keep moving and so has no problem at all burning fat and getting in shape for movie parts. Like her role in Aqueman where playing alongside Johnny Depp she got in amazing shape for the part.
She worked out really hard doing gymnastics, Yoga, Pilates and running to lose weight and also posses the physical attributes required for the role.
