The apple cider vinegar diet is meant to be a temporary solution. Its main role is detoxification and cleansing. It may or may not be used in conjunction with other colon cleanse and diet routines.

A small portion of this type of vinegar either in liquid or capsule form is taken every single day. Along with that a special diet of healthy foods is consumed. The advantages are that this special diet aid serves as a tremendous health aid and is a very inexpensive diet.

The potential outcome is reduced appetite. However, this may take a considerable amount of time.

The main drawback is that not much scientific evidence supports the effectiveness of it. Furthermore, it can cause stomach and throat irritation or even more serious problems such as indigestion.

Long term use can have an effect on the bones and can cause a potassium deficiency. The use of apple cider vinegar can also interact negatively with other medications.

Recommended Use: No more than three teaspoons of apple cider vinegar should be taken daily before a meal. Take advantage of free diet plans offered, particularly online. Alternatively, you can find apple cider vinegar tablets which are often much easier to stomach than the liquid.
