Banana Recipe #1: Vanilla, Almond Milk Cleanse

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon natural vanilla extract
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon probiotic powder (optional)
  • 2 medium frozen bananas

Directions

Throw all of the ingredients into your blender, and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 cup unsweetened almond milk, plus more as needed
  • 2 medium bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon probiotic powder (optional)
  • 11⁄2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sliced raw almonds
  • 1 tablespoon raw walnuts 1 tablespoon hemp seeds 1 tablespoon flax meal

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 cup unsweetened coconut milk (in a chilled carton)
  • 1⁄2 tablespoon coconut oil 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon natural vanilla extract
  • 1 to 3 drops alcohol-free liquid stevia, plus more to taste
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon probiotic powder (optional)
  • Pinch of Celtic sea salt
  • 11⁄2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chopped raw pecans or walnuts

Directions

Throw the coconut milk, coconut oil, banana, vanilla extract, stevia, probiotic powder, and salt into the blender, and blast on high for 20 to 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.

Whisk in the chia seeds until well incorporated, and stir through the nuts. Transfer to a bowl, and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to thicken.
