Blake Lively keeps her body slim and in shape all year round with a simple diet plan. Instead of looking for a “diet trick” or crash diet Blake likes to choose the healthy options and opts for fruit over fast-food.
It’s amazing how much weight you can lose when instead of trying to be very restrictive with your eating, instead you simply swap junk-foods for healthy foods.
Blake Lively has shown this to be the case by simply eating as much as she likes of healthy foods like lean proteins, eggs, fruits and lots vegetables.
In the morning she will eat her oatmeal and has swapped cows milk for almond milk as a healthier alternative.
