Would you like to feel greater ease and comfort in your body? Bodywork restores flexibility and movement, balance and postural alignment to your body. It addresses the causes of pain and tension, while also attending to the symptoms, and will reduce the likelihood of injury and dysfunction.
Because your body is constantly affected by the way you physically deal with stress, I will help you to understand, and release, these tensions.
I can also offer you options for change which will leave you feeling more comfortable and naturally at ease.
This is achieved through a combination of relaxing massage, connective tissue release, deep tissue massage, as well as joint movement and muscle balancing through stretching and toning.
Christine Callanan is trained in Structural Integration, the study of body and mind integration and has been practicing since 2003
“Posture affects every system of the body- not only the

etc.) and the cardiovascular, circulatory and respiratory system. All of
these systems can be directly correlated and related to problems with

Chi Nei Tsang literally means “working the energy of the internal organs” or “internal organs chi (energy) transformation.” CNT practitioners are trained in chi-kung (energy management) and work mainly on the abdomen with deep, soft and gentle touch to train internal organs to work more efficiently.
Chi Nei Tsang addresses all the vital functions of the body: the digestive, respiratory, lymphatic, nervous, endocrine, urinary, reproductive and muscular-skeletal systems as well as the energy meridians. If one organ is overloaded this will cause stress on the other organs and the whole body system will become out of balance. In addition, when one is out of balance, the internal organs may also be out of alignment. Chi Nei Tsang works to restructure and strengthen the body by working on the visceral structures and positioning of internal organs.

– Joyce T. & John P. Hawea, NZ Energy Healing
This starts with magnetic healing which simply means, that while scanning your body with my hand, if there’s a negative charge, indicating a blockage or out-of-phase cells, an energy arrives of a greater positive charge which helps to “pull it out”. I am working as a conduit for this energy, which I simply move with and let happen whatever wants to happen.
This is often included briefly as a part of other treatments if it is intuited but you may want to try a “pure energy” session.
