South African actress Charlize Theron has close to the perfect diet plan for her body type and food tolerances. She is not lactose intolerant and so drinks milk liberally and has no problem at all. However like most people her body does not do well with junk-food and so she has cut it our completely from her diet.
Not only does Charlize not eat fast-food, processed food or any other kind of junk, she eats a diet full of vegetables, fruits and lean proteins. Instead of always going for the tastiest choices she simply eats things like skinless boiled chicken which had very little bad fat and plenty of good protein.
Of course not all fat is bad and so Charlize Theron eats lots of nuts which are high in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. As well as some fish and seafood, in addition to her base of vegetables.
Charlize Theron does gymnastic training which is great for women to get in shape and get used to their body’s. It requires you be very slim, lightweight and limber and so everything from diet to exercises are focused on achieving the right body type.
In addition to make sure she keeps some nice curves on her body, she dopes squats for her legs, butt and thighs. As well as does kettlebell exercises which are fantastic not only for core strength and power, yet also for endurance and stamina.
As much as possible Charlize will walk, jog or run outdoors where she can breath in lots of fresh air and get some natural light and vitamin-d from the sun.
