Raise Your Vibration With These Cleansing Smoothies

Two cleansing and high energy smoothies to get you started on including more high-vibe Food in your diet. One of the basics of expansion of your awareness is to raise your physical vibration via regular detoxification programmes, use of pure water ( chemical free) and high vibrational foods. Here’s a couple of super- yum smoothies to set the tone for your day.

I like to start the day with a smoothie and always look for an opportunity to add in more greens. Start with a handful of spinach, which is mild tasting, and progress to more greens. I normally have about 3-4 big handfuls. It’s very important to rotate your greens, because they all contain a small amount of toxin, which prevents animals from eating the whole plant, instead they will graze on various greens. It’s much the same for us.

Greens you can easily use:
Mesculan salad, Spinach, Silverbeet or Swiss Chard

Stronger flavored greens like: Kale, Mazuma, ect are very nutrient dense, and ideal blended.

Wild greens like dandelion and chickweed are also excellent sources of nutrition and of course the beauty of all greens is that they are full of chlorophyl, the life blood of the plant. which is like liquid sunshine..and close to the same structure as our blood. It’s like taking in a burst of the sun’s vitality. Raise your vibration and change your life!

Stone fruits create a low-glycemic taste sensation

2 large apricots, pitted
3 ripe peaches, pitted
1 handful of greens
1 heaped tsp chlorella ( optional)
Water to blend

Blend until smooth

Green Power House

2 big handfuls of spinach or kale (de-veined)
1 cup of fresh or frozen berries
1 tsp coconut oil
1 Tbs chlorella ( optional)
1 Tbp chia seeds, soaked
2 cups of fresh almond milk or water

Place all ingredients in your blender and combine until smooth and creamy

This will also keep in the fridge, which means you can add to it at lunch time to create a green soup. Adding tomato, red or yellow peppers, herbs, tahini, or ground brazil nuts.. Enjoy Experimenting.
