We live the Raw Food Lifestyle. Here are our thoughts…
Heidi and I have been at this for two years now.
When we started out, the raw food movement had been in full swing for a while but the resources were still scarce and jumbled at best. It took Heidi and I consistent use of our research and information skills to sift through the massive amounts of raw food data before we even figured out how the heck to eat raw food.
We have made plenty of mistakes in the past and come across a lot of bad information and even worse: confusing, conflicting information. That’s right, the raw food movement is extremely diverse. While that is a good thing, it’s confusing to the average health food seeker just wanting to know “just tell my what the hell I’m supposed to eat!”
Well, it’s not that simple.
With our blog posts, we aim to make it simple. Through our example. Through our experience.
We want to help you be able to eat Raw Food, Right Now!
Even if you have never heard of “raw food” before this moment, we want you to be able to confidently know how to eat something raw by the end of the day.
Heidi and I have experienced a long “raw food struggle” the last two years. It got very frustrating at times. We even nearly developed some eating disorders in the process.
Should we go 100%? Is cooked food poison? I’m hungry, what can I eat? Do I have to start sprouting on Wednesday and then dehydrating on Friday so I can eat on Monday?
Is fruit bad? Is fat bad?
What am I supposed to eat? Can someone just simply tell me how I’m supposed to eat?

Through all this, we have gained experience. We have gained knowledge. We have reclaimed most of our health.
