Hayden Panettiere: Detoxification, Diet & Exercise Routine

How does Hayden Panettiere stay in such hot shape?

You may not know this yet Hayden actually suffered from body dysmorphia and was never satisfied with her body until she began to make major changes in her life.

Now in 2019 Hayden says that she is now happy with how her body looks and is pleased with her diet plan and exercise routine.

Diet Plan

Hayden Panettiere’s diet plan is a mix of different foods and she has tried many different diets up until now. For a while Hayden went on a full vegan diet plan that cut out all meats and animal products entirely from her diet.

Overall she did not feel it was the healthiest way of eating and so began to eat more healthy lean meats and proteins in her diet.

Yet she still maintains many of the foods she found through her vegan experimentations. Foods like tofu remain some of her favorite go-to foods to eat which are low in calories and contain high protein. As well as many different varieties of fruits and vegetables.

Instead of holding herself back from eating foods, or counting calories, she educated herself on what healthy food is. Now she eats with moderation, doesn’t starve or crash diet, yet detoxifies naturally with healthy clean food.

It’s a simple diet that she can stick to and along with her exercise routines has given her the body she always wanted.

Workout Routine

Hayden Panettiere isn’t so much a fan of working out in a gym environment because she likes to play sports and get out in the water instead. This is in fact one of the best ways to lose weight because you’re not even thinking about weight loss at all!

Instead you’re outside doing water sports, swimming and playing games like volleyball, softball and even baseball and basketball.

In addition to all these sports that Hayden is involved with. She likes to take time out practice Bikram hot Yoga, aptly named “the Yoga of the stars” because it is so loved by the celebrity practitioners who swear by it.

Plus, Hayden Panettiere practices Pilates too, so she has a very all around exercise plan that hits all the major point: weight loss, fitness, flexibility, stamina, endurance and overall strength.
