Heavy Metal Flushes

Modern day living also means we are inadvertently exposed to heavy metal toxicity from our environments, from the air we breathe, the foods we eat to even our toothpaste. Super-foods like spirulina and chlorella can naturally reduce heavy metal build up. Drinking lots of purified water is also one way of clearing the body of heavy metals, as is soaking exercising to sweat out the toxins. And after all that sweating, a throwing a handful of bentonite clay is a great way to further draw out toxins from your body.
