In 2019 Helen Hunt is still looking great with a slim body, very few wrinkles and staying in very healthy shape.
“I do eat well. I try to love my body,” she says. Helen Hunt likes to think about life and realizes that it doesn’t last.
“That is what I tell my daughter. I say, ‘Love every bite of food. Love your body. We’re all going to be dead soon.’ Actually I don’t say that last thing to her.”
Helen Hunt’s workout plan consists of a lot of Yoga on an almost daily basis. She finds that the Yoga classes helps to maintain her body’s flexibility and keeps her slim and trim.
For diet she likes to eat a big salad with lots of lean protein, like a chicken or cobb salad.
