    personally I am not fond on the seychelles because of the location and to be frank, the people. That’s just me of course however I find that in Asia you get a better quality of service, especially for spas retreats, and you tend to get more friendly people in places like the land of smiles.

    It’s gotta be Koh Phangan! Thailand has some other great wellness resorts and retreats all over though too and I have heard that Chiang Mai is actually the best place for retreats in Thailand.
