Cardiovascular exercise is so, so beneficial when it comes to losing fat and boosting fitness levels and for that reason you should try to do at least 4 hours of cardiovascular exercise per week. You can simply hop on a treadmill or exercise bike in the gym, or go for a jog or a walk, go cycling, play sports, or even do some laps in the local swimming pool.
If you want to lose body fat, you need to exercise and get burning calories on a regular weekly basis. With regular cardio, you’ll soon notice an improvement in your fitness, and a decrease in your overall body fat levels.

What is true, however, if you commit yourself – right now – to training your back, legs, and upper body 3 times a week… you will be in killer shape before you know it.
