Jessica Biel is a fitness addict and has ZERO trouble getting in hot Hollywood shape. For her movie part in Total Recall Jessica was doing daily martial arts practice and got in phenomenal shape and stayed that way.
Everyday with the help of her favorite personal trainer, Jason Walsh, Jessica Biel trains hard and has somewhat of a muscular physique she works out so much.
One way that she likes to exercise is doing everything outdoors. She knows how healthy it is to get enough sunlight and so likes to run, jog and walk outside in the sunshine as much as possible.
She also does circuit training which helps her improve her stamina, endurance and core strength. As well as burns plenty of fat in the process!
In addition to all of that she does plyometrics which is a way of doing lots of vigorous movements like jumping squats and many fast-twitch muscle fiber exercises like throwing a heavy ball, or doing jumping lunges.
What’s more Jessica Biel loves Yoga. Many of the top movie stars and celebrities turn to Yoga as a simple way to not only keep their body’s in the best shape, yet also their minds too.
Jessica finds that when she does a Yoga class is clears away stress and makes more space in her mind to simply enjoy the flow of life.
She also has a leg-up as it were at Yoga class because by the time she was only 7 years old she had already mastered gymnastics and this helps a lot for the flexibility needed for Yoga asanas.
On the days that Jessica is not working out she will often go for a walk with her dog or at the beach. She likes to keep active all the time!
Jessica Biel understands that exercise and working out can be great to lose weight and stay in shape. Yet diet is really, really important too. Although she burns a lot of calories diet is about more than just weight loss.
Diet is about staying healthy, having vibrant skin and looking great. As well as losing the excess weight.
She makes sure she drinks a lot of water. In fact Jessica Biel is drinking water all day to ensure her body is hydrated and her skin is glowing and bright.
Her diet is inspired by the “Paleo Diet” which is also called the “caveman diet” and seeks to eat foods that are in accordance to our evolutionary past.
That’s why Jessica’s diet plan is full of healthy vegetables with a special attention toward leafy greens like kale and spinach. She also likes to add in some fermented vegetables like Kimchi.
She finds eating like this is very good for continually detoxing her body, while also adding healthy teas like green tea to complete her cleansing lifestyle.
