Jessica Chastain: Vegan Diet, Weight Loss & Exercise Plan

How does Jessica Chastain stay so fit and healthy? What is her secret to weight loss and getting in perfect shape fast for her movie parts?

In “Zero Dark Thirty” Jessica Chastain got in very slim and healthy shape but as it goes for actresses she was then asked to “Gain Weight” for her role in “The Help” in 2011.

So how did she get back in shape and look so great in 2019?

For “The Help” she had to put on 15 pounds of fat to her hips, legs and butt. So she could play the curvy Marilyn-Monroe-look-alike in the movie, Celia Foote.

Jessica Chastain is vegan and so follows a vegan diet plan to stay in shape year round. To put on the weight she said she “ate cartons of soy ice cream”

How did she lose the weight again?

Jessica Chastain follows a Yoga plan and as mentioned has a weight loss diet plan of only vegan foods which are very low in calories.

Per day Jessica Chastain only eats between 1200 to 1500 calories and with her Yoga plan she lost the weight very quickly
