What exercises and workouts, diets and detoxes does Kristen Bell do to keep in shape?
Kristen Bell loves vegan foods like leafy greens and sea vegetables. She would much prefer to grab a green smoothie than eat a cheese-burger, and it shows!
Kristen has kept in stellar shape over the years even if she does cheat a little every so often.
Most of the time Kristen Bell’s food plan consists of lots of fruits like apples, pears, bananas and kiwis as well as juicing and smoothies too. She sticks to a balanced diet instead of restricting herself.
She doesn’t count calories yet prefers to eye-ball it and choose the healthy option. She finds that when she simply sticks to eating healthy and nutritious foods the fat falls off by itself.
As far as workouts go Kristen Bell loves to run, she also jogs and walks, depending on how she feels.
She is very comfortable in a gym environment and does many different workout routines from cardio and aerobic exercises to strength training and SoulCycle.
She finds SoulCycle tough and sometimes pushes it too far, yet in the end she has found that the SoulCycle workout routines are great exercises to keep her body slim, trim and in great Hollywood shape.
As a fall back exercise plan she likes to do Yoga and also Pilates for flexibility, and also to clear her mind and keep her rejuvenated and sharp.
She tries not to exhaust herself with overexercising because overtraining for a Hollywood actress and global celebrity could mean not having the energy to perform.
