I don’t really do recipes. I’m more of an intuitive creator of edibles. I think getting to know food then just experimenting with quantities, textures and flavours is the most fun. So use this as a guide and see what happens. I always try for organic and local, and with lil babies like these, raw too.
- Dates (no pits or you’ll lose your chompers)
- Raw cocoa
- Coconut oil
- Chia seeds
- Sunflower seeds
- Flax seeds
- A lil water
- I may have also thrown in a couple goji berries / cashews. Whose to say.
Chuck it all the the food processor or whatever contraption you use for these activities. Add water at the end to get it all sticky, but not too much! Then pack the goodness into a dish, cover it with coconut and sea salt and chill it in the refrigerador. Slice and eat. Comer con gusto!
