Losing Weight is a Healing Journey


Katrina Love Senn is an expert in natural weight loss and has published two books on the subject from her first book, ‘Losing Weight is a Healing Journey’ to her new book ‘End Emotional Eating for Good’.

She has held retreats all over the world from Bali to Greece and many other places in Asia and Europe. She is currently holding her new detox retreats in Bali where she is teaching her simple approach to healing the body and more specifically, the mind, for natural and long-lasting weight loss.

Through her retreats and programs she has helped her clients end emotional eating, inner struggle with food, clear negative emotions and truly heal the mind first, often leading to a remarkable transformation in the body.

When Katrina was in her early twenties she was sick, exhausted and massively overweight and in all came to a head when one morning she couldn’t even get out of bed. Her body just said No and there was nothing she could do about it.

Over the next few months she slept almost all day, while suffering from a number of chronic illnesses and was often sick and feeling awful. After much time passed and she finally managed to get the strength back enough to be able to walk she made a solemn vow that she would never go through that ever again and that whatever it takes she would lose ALL her weight and learn how to keep it off for good.

So for the next few years she tried just about everything under the sun to try and help her lose weight. Nothing worked very well, or it worked for a while only to yo-yo and come back very soon afterwards. Or she would reach a plateau and no more progress would be made after some small weight loss had been made.

Finally however she discovered some little known and somewhat fun and interesting ways to recondition her mind and heal her body. From there on she went on to lose over 60 pounds and has kept it off now for over twelve years.

After being asked so much about how she did it she began to help others. She was then pushed to write a book which even more people. Now she travels around the world holding retreats and loves everyday or her life helping others lose weight as she did.
