Madonna has year after year continued to impress her fans and many more with how she keeps her body in such perfect shape.

Now in her sixties, what are Madonna’s detox secrets that keep her looking so good?

Detox Plan

One of Madonna’s secrets is that she does a regular detox program, Nosh Detox being the program of choice. This is a much loved cleanse plan loved by many more celebrities, and most notably self professed “detox freak” Gwyneth Paltrow. As well as Georgia May Jagger, and Poppy Delevingne.

Madonna is also known to have followed the Mayumi’s “10 Day Detox Diet.” As well as number of other detoxifying diet plans over the years.

Diet Plan

Madonna’s diet is said to be one of the hardest in the industry. Hollywood stars are known for their often extreme approaches to weight loss and keeping their body’s in shape. But Madonna takes it to a whole other level with her diet plan.

Madonna follows a extremely strict macrobiotic diet that cuts out wheat, eggs, meats, and dairy. It is also particularly focused on sea vegetables which are known for their detoxifying and low-calorie weight loss benefits.
