Make Love to Yourself

It is physical, spiritual, emotional connectedness that creates space for discovery, for bliss, fresh energy, and serenity. 

You move and breathe and let go and let go and find things within yourself that perhaps you’d lost or misplaced or just needed to unearth a little bit more.

You let yourself explore and go deeper, testing the threshold, challenging the boundaries, all while being gentle but firm, respectful and compassionate.

You take the deepest look inside of yourself and you say “yes, this is all there is right now” and you enjoy it and welcome it and cherish it.

Making love in this way is an act of the deepest connection. Your eyes are wide open even when they’re closed. It is profoundly playful and serious at the same time.
