Mexico Retreats

-

Mexico has top destinations like Cancun for weight loss and Tulum is one of the best places for a detox retreat near the beach.

There are also many other kinds of weight loss services too encompassed within a retreat vacation. For example bariatric surgery is popular among clients who travel to Mexico for losing weight.

I have heard people I know going to Mexico for bariatric surgery and getting some good results. What do you recommend should I go on a weight loss retreat in Mexico or should I be looking for options for surgery? I would quite like to not take surgery and instead would like to either go on a retreat for detox or maybe just do a cleanse at home? Please help!

Mexico is definitely one of my very favorite places to go and just walk and explore. I have lost so much weight on my holidays in Mexico only to put it on again when I return home to America. I think that if I were actually to attend a detox retreat in Mexico, somewhere like in Tulum or the Cancun area then that may work better for me actually. I really want to know more about the Mexican detoxes they do in the Yucatan peninsula because it is like a “Mayan Detox”?

Mexico is great for this kind of holiday just to go and walk and see the beautiful sights while also burning fat. I think Mexico is the best!
