You should be certain that you treat this area with a high level of respect and integrity. This will enhance your overall experience.
Now, it is important to decide on a posture that you will use while meditating. Very few individuals know and understand that the posture in which they sit can affect the overall thought process.
This is why when we meditate, it is important to keep the body in an upright position and we carefully guard the location of other areas of the body.
A great way to sit is fully erect, legs bent, and the palms up. This will ensure that your body receives the highest level of energy possible when clearing the mind and focusing on clarity.
Once you generate a position that will allow your mind to be most free and your body is most comfortable, it is time for some positive self talk.

If you work to practice this gaze, you will eventually get to the point where it is really easy to get into the level of consciousness and actually you can quite literally “default” to it.
