Naomi Watts: Workout and Diet Plan to Lose Weight

Naomi Watts is known for her slim figure and so when people hear that Naomi loves to eat carbs like pizza and bread, they’re often shocked!

Yet the truth is that Naomi Watts can stay in shape and lose weight for movie parts easily because she understands one of the keys to diet and health: Moderation.

The Aussie actress Naomi can get away with eating some pizza and other high calorie foods because she only does so in moderation and ensures she uses that stored energy for her workout and exercise routines.

“I’m going to Paris to have bread and treats and good wine,” Naomi Watts says. Yet we also know that while she does like to enjoy good food and a glass of red wine, most of the time she is eating clean and healthy.

Diet Plan

On most days she is eating lots of fruits, some nuts, drinks fat burning green tea and eats lean proteins like fish and some chicken. She doesn’t eat late into the night and that also helps her to stay young, slim and attractive. Because she is limiting her calories in the second part of her day.

Full Body Workout

When Naomi Watts works out she tends to do a full body workout routine. Instead of isolating muscle groups she burns more fat by focusing on compound group movements.

Her favorite exercises are the: Hip Press, Airplane abs workout, and Diagonal Lift.

    I heard that Naomi Watts eats a lot of junk food and other unhealthy food choices. So how does she stay in very good shape? I think maybe with the celebrity personal trainers and all the people helping them is how they can do so well and lose weight even when they are eating an unhealthy diet.

    So it begs the question? Is it more important to focus on diet or exercise? It seems in Naomi Watts case she is focused more on exercise to burn fat and does not mind eating foods that make her gain weight.
