3.5 Minutes Starts Now!
Step 1. Inhale (long & steady). Exhale (long and steady).
Now longer this time – Inhale. Exhale.
Step 2. Inhale, reach your arms above your head. Place your right hand on the seat and reach your left hand to the right side of the room. Inhale. Exhale.
Inhale, both hands up above your head.
Place your left hand on the seat and now reach your right hand to the left side of the room. Inhale. Exhale.
Inhale both hands back up over your head, look at your thumbs and now exhale your hands into your lap.
It’s so good right?
Step 3. Do 3 gentle neck rolls to the right. Breathe and soften your shoulders. Now do 3 gentle neck rolls to the left. Breathe and enjoy.
Step 4. Return your head to centre. Shut your eyes & take 3 deep and glorious breaths. You are alive. You have choices. You are complete.
