My Recommended Healthy Eating Book List

-

Like food itself, books about food have a way of seeping deep into our being and changing us on a cellular level. We are what we eat, for sure, but I also believe we are what we read! Books give us nourishment also and make us what we are. Every change we make in how we live, comes only after a journey of understanding.

Here is an eclectic selection from my personal library, for those of you who wish to follow your curiosity and read more….because food is about so much more than just food!
