The 30 Day Challenge: Re-Start Your Life Starting Today

You will have likely heard me say it before and I’ll say it again because it’s absolutely true. Cleansing is a lifestyle.

It is a way of living your life so you enjoy every minute of it.

Full of vibrant energy, thriving with joy and happiness everyday in your life.

It is not a shortcut to weight loss.

It should not be an extreme method.

It should be something you can do everyday for the rest of your life to keep yourself looking and feeling great. Yes, everyday!

That’s what the 30 Day Challenge is all about.

Whenever introducing a new habit into your life it is accepted that it takes about 21 days of doing it consistently.

I like to live on the safe side and so set a 30 Day Challenge to detox and change your life.

From there on you should continue and you will then maintain your weight loss results and continue on your new healthy lifestyle.

    Great thank you for all your help with the lists and things I would like to learn more about detoxing and cleansing my body because losing weight is now THE TOP PRIORITY. No more will I let my weight hold me back now I am going to put my all into losing every pound of fat and just living thin and healthy again!!

    just starting my 30 day challenge today need to get my health in order and lose some weight fast. have been thinking about it for a long time but now in 2019 i am going to take full charge of my life and lose as much weight as i can. am starting off on a cleanse program.

    any help would be great!
