Yama: The first limb of yoga in picture cards

-

Hey Yogis! This is really exciting. As you may or may not know, yoga is deeply rooted in philosophy. For most folks, the beginning of the yoga journey is all about the physical practice. Pretty quickly though, other layers start to unfold and lo and behold, there’s a massive sea of learning to uncover.

Yoga is comprised of eight limbs. To make learning a bit more fun and inspired, I’ve taken the eight fold path and turned it into a series of picture cards. Below you will find the five Yamas, which make up the first limb.

The first limb, Yama, is about being ethical and moral, focusing on the way we treat others and behave. I hope you enjoy perusing these just as much as I enjoyed making them. If you want to get your hands on a set, scribble me a little email. x
